Who can use Alcova

You must be 18 or older, and old enough to view adult content where you live. Alcova is invite-only. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Adult content

Alcova answers adult questions directly, and its Spicy image mode can produce explicit images, sometimes when you didn’t ask for them. Only use it where that is legal for you, and don’t show it to anyone under 18.

Hard rules

These apply to everyone, in every mode, with no exceptions:

• No sexual or sexualised content involving anyone under 18, real or fictional, including characters described as minors or with childlike bodies.
• No sexual or revealing images of a real, identifiable person, including from photos you upload, and no deepfakes of real people.
• No content that is illegal where you or the people shown are, and no harassment, threats or impersonation.

Alcova checks requests, uploads and finished images automatically, and stops what crosses these lines. Breaking them ends your account. Where the law requires it, we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.

Uploads

You may only upload pictures you took or have the right to use, of people who are 18 or older and have agreed to it. Photos of real people can only be edited in Regular, and never into anything sexual or revealing.

Review and safety records

The person who runs Alcova can review accounts for safety and abuse: your plan, how much you use, the pictures you make or upload, and every request a safety check stopped. We keep a record of what safety checks stop, including the text of the request, for 12 months, even if you delete your account. Anything done to your account by an administrator is logged. Accounts can be suspended or closed.

Reporting and takedowns

If you believe Alcova was used to make an intimate or sexual image of you, or of someone under 18, contact the person who invited you. We remove non-consensual intimate images within 48 hours of a valid request, and act on reports involving minors immediately.

Your content

What you write and make is yours. We store it so you can see it again, and you can delete any chat or image at any time. AI output can be wrong or made up: check anything that matters, and don’t rely on it for medical, legal or financial decisions.

Plans and limits

What you can use (for example Spicy images, editing with Spicy, uploads and adult chat) and your daily limits on messages and images depend on your plan, which can change. Limits reset at midnight UTC.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms; when we do, you’ll be asked to accept them again. We may suspend or close accounts that break them. Alcova is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
